EZ Loaders are true ergonomic tools. The have no mechanical springs and are designed to automatically raise and lower pallets during loading or unloading and allow easy pallet rotation so the worker does not have to reach or strain. As the load  changes, the EZ Loader automatically adjusts, keeping the top of the load at a convenient working height. The patented pneumatic support system utilizes the proven Firestone Airstroke Actuator™, a system based on Firestone's Airide™ springs for truck and bus suspension systems.
30" raised height places the load at a convenient height for maximum loading comfort, safety and efficiency. As load is applied, the pallet level adjusts in order to maintain a convenient working height. Fully loaded pallet lowers to 8-3/4", allowing for convenient load removal.
    EZ Loaders are excellent additions to any loading or unload process which uses pallets as the transportation medium. They reduce worker fatique, improve safety and minimize situations which can lead to back injuries or damage to sensitive products.

EZ Way                    Hard Way

The EZ way places work at a convenient height so the worker does not have to stoop, reach or strain. The rotator ring minimizes walking and or stretching during the loading or unloading process.

The hard way takes more time, causes worker fatigue and often leads to injury.
