Durulite CR1400

  • Constructed with a 1/8” thick outer skin of cross-linked polyethylene with an ultra high density, non-cfc urethane foamed-in-place core.
  • The panel can retain its properties to -32 degrees /+120 degrees continuous service and 150 degrees intermittent service.
  • The CR1400 has excellent insulation qualities with a foamed-in-place urethane core.
  • The CR1400 door can be equipped with any hardware that is available on a standard hollow metal door.
  • Optional window is clear, Lexan or safety glass, set in stainless steel or two piece injected molded, low profile PVC frames.

Duruslide Model 67000D

  • Incorporates the latest technology - 1 3/4" thick rotationally molded cross-linked polyethylene panel construction with a high density foamed in place core
  • Panels are internally reinforced with 14 gauge tubular steel
  • Flush stainless steel edge caps and vision panels allow for easy cleaning and resist particle build up
  • Lightweight panels operate easily and require minimal wall reinforcement for retrofit applications
  • The panel is impervious to acids, petroleum products, animal fats and cleaning solvents and will retain an attractive appearance even in the worst atmospheric conditions

Duraslide Model 67000K

  • Ideal for larger applications and areas that have high positive or negative air pressure
  • Modular panels are fabricated using 16 gauge welded steel tube framework, allowing the panels to be manufactured to virtually any size
  • Available with standard Kraft Honeycomb core or with urethane insulation
  • If security is an issue, additional internal framing and a locking system are available
  • Like the 67000D, this model can be used in applications where a variety of chemicals and cleaning solvents are used
  • Kydex® haircell finish hides scratches and abrasions caused by incidental contact
  • Available in fourteen standard colors

Casing Mounted Model 61000

  • Designed for high-cycle manual or motorized applications that require a positive seal
  • The door system utilizes perimeter casings and panel mounted gasketing, providing a cleaner appearance and insuring a positive seal when closed
  • Constructed with 20 gauge cold rolled face sheet bonded to Kraft Honeycomb core and 18 gauge interior channels for superior panel strength
  • Multiple panels are assembled with 14 gauge capping channels and 10 gauge bottom guide roller channel and have surface applied splice plates
  • Utilizes the TEP track system for easy installation, exceptional seals, quiet operation and trouble free service
  • Available in single slide or center parting configurations
